These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of GrowPanel (the "Service"), operated at growpanel.net. By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GrowPanel is a reseller panel for social media marketing services. We forward the orders you place to third party provider networks that deliver engagement such as followers, likes, views and other social metrics across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others listed in our catalogue. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any social media platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password and API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including orders placed through the API.
Orders are paid from your prepaid panel balance. When you place an order, the charge is calculated from the per 1,000 rate of the chosen service and the quantity you request, and it is deducted from your balance immediately. Prices, minimums, maximums and service availability can change at any time as our upstream costs change. The price shown at the moment of ordering is the price that applies.
Social media platforms set and change their own rules. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of the platform you are targeting. We do not guarantee that any service will comply with a platform's policies, and we are not liable for any action a platform takes against your account, content or profile, including throttling, suspension or removal. You use the Service at your own risk.
Delivery speed varies by service and is provided as an estimate, not a guarantee. Refill and cancellation options are set per service and shown on each service listing:
Balance top ups are generally non refundable to the original payment method. Refunds, where owed, are credited to your panel balance so you can reorder. We do not offer refunds for orders that were delivered as described, for links that were private or incorrect at the time of ordering, or for results a platform later removes.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, that is used for fraud or abuse, or that poses a risk to the Service or to other users. Where a terminated account holds an unused balance that was obtained legitimately, we will make reasonable efforts to return it, subject to any amounts owed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowPanel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or damage to your social media presence. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
