Privacy Policy
Last updated August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data GrowPanel
collects when you use growpanel.net, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.
1. Data we collect
- Account details: your username and email address. Your password is stored only as a secure one way hash, never in plain text.
- Order details: the public links, service selections and quantities you submit, plus the resulting order status and history.
- Billing records: your panel balance and a record of deposits, orders and refunds. Card and crypto payments are processed by third party payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and basic log data, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
2. How we use your data
- To create and operate your account and to authenticate you when you log in.
- To process your orders, calculate charges and forward the necessary details to the provider network that fulfils each order.
- To maintain your balance and transaction history.
- To provide support, respond to your requests and send essential account or service notices.
- To protect the Service, detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share
only what is required to deliver the Service:
- Provider networks: when you place an order, we send the order link, service identifier and quantity to the upstream provider that fulfils it. We do not send your email, password or billing details.
- Payment processors: your payment is handled by the card or crypto processor you choose, under their own privacy terms.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the Service.
4. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect
forms against cross site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third party
tracking cookies. Because the cookie is strictly necessary to run the Service, the
Service will not work correctly if it is blocked.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a
reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and fraud prevention needs.
Technical logs are kept for a shorter period. When data is no longer needed, we
delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access
controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot
guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to
respond quickly if an issue arises.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or
delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
You can update your account details from your account page, or contact us to make
a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Contact
For any privacy question or request, open a support ticket and our team will respond.
